Tonight's selection has one foot in Mod Freakbeat and the other in psychedelia. It's one of those magical records that give expression to the dizzying pace of change in music during the late-mid 60s. There's so much going on. At first, the song will sound like a big mess of noise. You need to play it a few times to let everything sink in. Eventually the subtle melody and the dreamy harmonies will penetrate into your consciousness and you'll become hooked.
